Cover art for Dead Rising: Off the Record. The Dead Rising series was always firmly planted in the B-movie aesthetic of the 80's as seen here. This was a collaborative piece as Frank was a paint over from 3D character renders by Naru Omori (expertly painted over by Kev Chu). I completed the composition of enviro sets and characters and added final color tweaking.
